How to correctly pronounce Polish 'rz' and 'ż' sounds?

Hey everyone! I’ve been learning Polish for a while, but I keep struggling with the rz and ż sounds. My Polish friend tried to help me with words like przepraszam and żaba, but I still can’t get them right.

Someone told me they sound the same — is that true? How are they actually pronounced?
